Pool Committee Chair - OPEN
The pool is open!!!! However, let's plan to have a fun and safe 2011 season....free of vandalism in
our pool and park area. Please review and talk with your children about safety and the pool rules.
POOL RULES - Below you can click on the link to find the pool rules.
To
access the pool area, you must have a key card. There is an alarm on the pool gate and it will
sound when the gate is left open for longer than one minute.
Residents
will need to be current on their dues to access the pool area. Delinquencies will result in temporary loss of pool
privileges.
Violations of Pool Rules will result in loss of pool privileges
for a period of time determined by the board. Trespassing in the pool area during closed hours will result in legal
trespassing charges filed against the trespasser(s) and any damages will be charged to the resident.
The Pool and Park are amenities in our neighborhood that we all enjoy AND pay for. Please take the responsibility
necessary to help keep it safe, orderly and affordable for everyone. The more security and maintenance costs incurred
will result in our HOA dues increasing.

Hours WILL CHANGE TO:
6am - 9pm - Monday, Tuesday, Friday,
Saturday and Sunday
CLOSED - Wednesday (maintanence)
10am - 9pm - Thursday

Following are a few rules to remember:

(15) years and younger must be accompanied by an adult at all times. For these purposes, adult is defined as
an individual eighteen (18) years or older.
