new residents into the community and help to answer any questions they may have about their new neighborhood. As well
as providing the new resident with contact information in case they have future questions and/or concerns while they are here. Chair: OPEN Members: OPEN
Pool
- Make recommendations to the Board regarding operation of the community recreation center, the swimming
pool rules and hours of operation; Help distribute pool tags. Chair: OPEN Members: OPEN
Recreation - Plan neighborhood parties and other
Association events; Help organize neighborhood clubs or groups; Help organize neighborhood play groups; Advise the Board on
all matters pertaining to any recreational programs and/or activities of the Association.
Chair: OPEN Members: OPEN Publicity - Work with the other comittees to publicize Association event and news; Prepare a newsletter to inform the members
of all activities and function of the Association; advertise services provided by members; maintain the neighrborhood

Maintenance - Make
recommendations to the Board regarding maintenance of common areas; organize Annual "Clean Up Day"; Consider special
recognition awards for the "Yard of the Month".

OPEN Neighborhood Watch - Neighborhood
Watch is a crime prevention program which enlists the active participation of residents in cooperation with law enforcement
to reduce crime in our community.
